I'm a diagnostic strategist who helps founder-led businesses find what's invisible and turn it into growth and exit value.

After 20 years inside founder-led businesses, I developed a methodology for finding what businesses can't show you from the inside. The problems that keep coming back. The value that hasn't been documented. The risk a buyer will find before you do.

My Diagnostic Lens Was Built in Layers

The Initial Audit

A decade of transaction data for a family B2C business, examined manually. Over 250K transactions. 500 individual charts built by hand. This taught me how to find the story the data was actually telling — the patterns, the gaps, the connections nobody had named yet.

The Ecosystem Build

Building the ecommerce ecosystem from the ground up including systems, operations, customer infrastructure, brand architecture, taught me how the parts of a business interconnect and where friction in one area creates consequences in three others.

The Exit Transfer

When the business sold, I had six weeks to transfer 16 years of institutional knowledge. Brand, customers, tech stack, operations, strategy, and research. That experience taught me exactly what breaks when a business lives inside one person's head and what it takes to make it visible to someone who wasn't there.
